Shipping policy
- Order Processing Time:
- We process and ship all orders Mon-Friday after receiving payment. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary dependent on shipping method selected at checkout. The studio occasionally closes for seasonal breaks or personal leave. When this happens, a notice will be posted on the store homepage and checkout pages to inform you when items will ship.
- Please note that larger orders or custom items may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for such items will be discussed with you.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
- We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to ship our products most of the time however we reserve the right to choose a different courier if needed on an individual basis.
- The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the option that suits you best.
- Depending on the size, weight, and value of the item(s) in your order, different shipping methods may be available, including standard shipping or express delivery.
- We provide tracking information for all orders.
3. Shipping Rates:
- The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We may offer free shipping promotions on specific products or order values. Any ongoing promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Estimated Delivery Time:
- The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
- Please note that all stated time frames are estimated times and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or postal delays beyond our control. You should allow extra time for items to arrive during peak periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day, over Bank Holidays or during periods of industrial action.
5. International Shipping:
- Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.
6. Shipping Address:
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of placing your order.
- We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for extra costs if we have to reship items due to an incorrect address being provided.
7. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your account on our website.
- You can use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the respective carrier's website.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders and we choose our shipping partners for reliability and safe handling of our delicate parcels. However, we know sometimes things do go wrong in transit and we will endeavor to put things right for you if this happens.
- If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance. Royal Mail considers tracked parcels to be lost if the parcel remains undelivered more 7 working days past the estimated delivery date. If 7 working days have not passed since the estimated arrival date, we may ask you to wait a few more days to see if it arrives before offering a resolution. If you have a set date the item is needed for and you are ordering close to it, please choose Special Delivery Guaranteed instead of the Tracked 48 or 24 options.
- In the case of damaged items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must provide us with photographic evidence of the damage to both the item AND the packaging.
9. Local Delivery & Pickup
-Free local delivery is available in Llanfairfechan, Penmaemawr, Dwygyfylchi, Conwy, Llandudno Junction, and Deganwy. Delivery times will vary depending on when I am in your area and will be agreed with you after ordering. Hand delivery to Llandudno and Colwyn Bay is available on request for a fee. We do not offer local pick-up.
10. Sustainability
-Our packaging is as plastic-free as possible. We use cardboard shipping boxes, paper void fill/padding, UK-produced recycled paper tissue, and paper tape. On occasion, we may re-use boxes or void fill that we receive from our own suppliers (as long as they remain in good, sturdy condition). If this is a problem, please let us know.
11. Use of Safe Spaces
-We recommend you are in to take delivery of your flowers wherever possible. If you request your flowers be left in a nominated safe place, Lytton Rose cannot be held responsible if your parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen. We recommend any safe spaces used are weatherproof and secure to avoid such loss or damage.
