Refund policy

If you have a change of heart, I accept returns of undamaged dried flowers within 7 days of delivery. Please note that dried flowers are perishable and usually non-refundable in accordance with UK consumer contracts legislation, so any such returns are accepted as a goodwill gesture only.

Dried flower products will not be eligible for a refund if used, untied, or stored for any period beyond 7 days. Customers are responsible for any return delivery costs and for making sure the item is repackaged carefully. Customers are responsible for any loss in value if returned goods arrive back to me damaged. 

To request a return, provide a photo of the packaging and item to show the condition on arrival. Any personalised add on items will be deducted from your refund, these include gift cards that are written (£1 deduction), any requested gift wrap (£4 deduction) or engraved tags (£2 deduction).

Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Items:

Products that are made to order, customised, or created to specific client requirements (including but not limited to large installations, large arrangements, and bespoke floral designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once work has commenced, materials have been ordered, or production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled or refunded except at our sole discretion.

By placing an order for a bespoke item or large installation piece, you acknowledge that the final product may include natural variation in colour, shape, and materials due to the handmade nature of our work.

All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
