Refund policy
If you have a change of heart, I accept returns of undamaged decor or gifting dried flowers within 7 days of delivery, as a goodwill gesture. This is offered at our discretion and is not a guaranteed right as all arrangements are made to order.
Dried flower products will not be eligible for a refund if used, untied, or stored for any period beyond 7 days. Customers are responsible for any return delivery costs and for making sure the item is repackaged carefully. Customers are responsible for any loss in value if returned goods arrive back to me damaged.
To request a return on a single bouquet, please provide a photo of the packaging and item to show the condition of the flowers on arrival. Any personalised add-on items will be deducted from your refund; these include gift cards that are written (£1 deduction), any requested gift wrap (£4 deduction), or engraved tags (£2 deduction).
Event Orders, Bespoke Orders and Made-to-Measure Items
Products that are made to order, customised, or created to specific client requirements such as for a specific date, a specific measurement or personal design brief (including but not limited to event cut flowers, large installations, large wedding packages, and bespoke floral designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable after production.
Wedding and event orders are made specifically for your chosen date and trimmed to a carry-friendly event length. This makes them bespoke to you: they can't be taken apart or repurposed, and being repackaged and couriered for a second time often leaves them too jostled for event-ready use. For this reason, they can't be resold to another customer or accepted back as returns.
This exclusion applies once work has commenced, materials have been ordered, or production has begun, and cannot be reversed except in exceptional circumstances. We will always contact you before wholesale flowers are ordered for your event to confirm you still wish to go ahead.
Bespoke wedding orders may also face a deduction equal to the cost of any materials already ordered on your behalf even if production has not begun.
By placing an order for a bespoke item or large wedding order, you acknowledge that the final product may include natural variation in colour, shape, and materials due to the handmade nature of our work.
All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
